About Water Damage Restoration Network

Water Damage Restoration Network is a referral service that connects homeowners with licensed water damage restoration contractors. When water damage happens — a burst pipe, a flooded basement, a sewage backup — homeowners need to reach a qualified contractor fast. That is what we help with.

Our network includes licensed and insured water damage restoration contractors across the United States. When you call our 24/7 referral line, we match your location and damage type with a contractor in our network who can respond in your area.

What we are

A contractor referral service. We operate the educational content on this site, maintain our contractor network, and run the 24/7 referral line. We do not perform restoration work directly.

What we are not

A contractor directory that charges contractors for listings. We do not accept contractor listings — our network is built through direct contractor relationships. We are also not a warranty or guarantee service; the contractor you hire is responsible for their work.

How we are compensated

Our service is free for homeowners. Contractors in our network pay a referral fee when a homeowner they are connected through our service chooses to hire them. This compensation model is described in our Advertising Disclosure.

For full details about how this network operates, see our Advertising Disclosure, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
